Use this endpoint to notify Cleeng about the successful Android in-app payment (Initial Purchase) and create a subscription in Cleeng.

The relevant endpoints are:
- Production URL: https://api.cleeng.com/android/payment
- Sandbox URL: https://api.sandbox.cleeng.com/android/payment
