Introduction

Welcome to the data import stage of your migration to Cleeng. This guide outlines the CSV data templates required to ensure a smooth and successful transition to the Cleeng platform if you are migrating to Cleeng Pro.

Initial Setup Prerequisites

Before you proceed, please ensure you have completed the initial setup steps:

Step	Action	Details
	Create a Cleeng Account	An active Cleeng account must be established.
	Disable transactional emails	To prevent any unintended messages from being sent to clients during migration, turn off transactional emails.
	Configure payment methods	Set up all applicable payment gateways and methods as outlined in the prerequisites.
	Configure In-App Environments	Configure the necessary in-app purchase environments. Apple Android Roku Amazon
	Configure offers	All offers and subscription plans must be created and configured.

Note
For migrations that only involve ‘User Data’ the sole prerequisite is the creation of a Cleeng account (step 1) and disabling emails (step 2).

Data Specifications

Using our standardized templates is essential for structuring your data correctly. This ensures it maps perfectly to the Cleeng system, allowing your subscribers to maintain seamless access to their entitlements.

Please ensure all data sets adhere to the following guidelines before submission

All data must be correctly formatted according to the provided specifications.
Each record should be placed on a separate line in the CSV file.
Files should not exceed 100,000 records to ensure efficient processing and validation.
Any data that is not provided or is not correctly formatted will not be migrated, which may impact service continuity for the affected user.
Please ensure that no columns are removed from the migration template, even if they are optional and not required for your migration
