Cleeng MCP Server

Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets an AI tool access external tools and data sources.

Cleeng MCP Server lets you run subscription work from the AI tool your team already uses, such as Claude or ChatGPT. You add Cleeng as a connector in that tool, sign in with your Cleeng account, and then ask for data or request changes in conversation.

What your AI tool connected with Cleeng MCP can do depends on:

• the roles granted to you in the Cleeng Dashboard: Retention Intelligence, Customer Experience Management, or Product Management;
• permission levels granted to you for each role in the Cleeng Dashboard;
• permission levels that you grant to the AI tool while connecting to it.

Your AI tool answers questions freely within the roles and permissions granted. When it comes to changes - your AI tool previews them first, but you need to confirm in a conversation before they are applied.
